Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States – October 2024 – Brooke Detert has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at Green Bay Country Club. In this role, Brooke will lead HR strategies, ensuring alignment with the club’s vision of delivering a welcoming and exclusive experience to its members and staff.
Before joining Green Bay Country Club, Brooke Detert served as Vice President, Administration (HR & Finance) at The Wellness Way. In this capacity, she led HR operations, talent management, and financial administration, focusing on improving employee engagement and streamlining HR processes. She was also the Vice President, Human Resources for nearly a year, where she developed HR policies and procedures that enhanced organizational performance.
Prior to The Wellness Way, Brooke spent over a decade at Unity Hospice WI, where she held multiple roles, including Human Resources Generalist and Scheduling Coordinator. Her responsibilities encompassed recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance management, contributing significantly to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Brooke began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Unity Hospice WI, which gave her hands-on experience in healthcare and a deep understanding of employee needs and well-being.
