Salisbury, Maryland, United States, October 2025 — Bryan Glancey has started a new position as Chief Technology Officer at XSOC CORP. In his new role, Bryan will focus XSOC on layered attack prevention to complement modern and quantum-resistant cryptographic implementations, advancing the company’s mission to protect mission-critical systems across commercial and defense environments.
Bryan most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at TOTM Technologies Limited, where he led a 50-person engineering and R&D organization and delivered a new digital-identity product now being implemented at national scale. Prior to that, at JPMorgan Chase & Co., he led cybersecurity initiatives for Machine Learning & AI, building “anti-virus for AI” capabilities and modernizing control frameworks.
Earlier, he was CTO at VIDA Digital Identity, delivering secure eKYC products and establishing global infrastructure; Chief Security Officer at Digital Billions, where he co-founded SignKeys; CTO at Optio Labs, commercializing NSA-originated mobile security tech; and CTO at CellTrust, where he helped raise $10M and scaled secure communications platforms.
Bryan also held senior leadership roles with Samsung as Director for Public Sector & Security, Motorola Mobility as Director for Federal Government, and Trend Micro as Director for US Federal Sales and Global Encryption SME. He began his career building high-growth security and technology businesses at Mobile Armor, Pointsec, FileNet, and NovaSoft, and continues to advise through Crypt0c00l LLC on ML, cryptography, and cybersecurity.
