Rockville, MD, USA – October 30, 2024 – Arch Amenities Group, a global provider of wellness, amenity management, and meeting services for commercial and residential properties, hotels, private clubs, and pools, has announced the appointment of Caitlin McKenna as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). McKenna, a seasoned professional in wellness and hospitality, will lead Arch’s mission to become the leading provider in the evolving service landscape. Barry Goldstein, who served as CEO for the past three years, has transitioned to the role of Chief Commercial Officer to focus on business development and customer relationship management.

McKenna previously served as Chief Development Officer for Trilogy Spa Holdings and as Global Head of Facilities Management, Wellness & Experience Services for JLL, where she developed strategies for a multibillion-dollar business offering experience services to Fortune 500 clients. From 2012 to 2019, she held leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide, including Senior Director of Customer Experience & Innovation, where she led the development of Hilton’s Innovation Gallery. Earlier in her career, McKenna worked in real estate and hospitality consulting with HVS International.
McKenna holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and has pursued additional studies at Stanford University and Gallaudet University. She has also lectured at Cornell University, Georgetown University, and the University of Houston.
