Perth, Western Australia, Australia, December 2024 – Cameron Marshall has assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group, a pioneering provider of award-winning aged care services in Australia. With over two decades of experience in human resources, Cameron will lead strategic HR initiatives to support Hall & Prior’s mission of delivering exceptional care and fostering a vibrant, inclusive community for its residents and employees.
Cameron has been a part of Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group since February 2022, previously serving as Director of Human Resources. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in enhancing HR systems, cultivating a culture of excellence, and driving workforce engagement across the organization.
Before joining Hall & Prior, Cameron was a Senior People & Culture Advisor – Performance at Fremantle Ports, where he focused on optimizing performance frameworks and cultural development initiatives. Prior to that, he spent eight years with QBE Insurance, holding several leadership positions, including Global Program Lead, Performance, where he designed and implemented global performance management models, and Head of HR – Singapore, supporting strategic HR operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
Cameron’s earlier career includes significant roles as an HR Business Partner at Alphawest and Senior Human Resource Consultant at the Department of Water. His extensive experience reflects a strong track record of strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation.
