Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark, January 2025 – Camilla G. Møhl has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Impilo, where she will lead the people strategy, talent management, and cultural development for the investment company, focusing on enhancing executive leadership and organizational health.
Before joining Impilo, Camilla G. Møhl served as the Founder and Executive Advisor at &Human, where she provided CEO transition advisory, strategy execution support, and leadership development for over a year. During this time, she also worked as an Executive Advisor at Syntegon, a CVC portfolio company, supporting senior leadership in areas such as corporate strategy, operational structure, and cultural transformation.
Previously, she was the Chief People, Communications, and Marketing Officer at NNIT for approximately a year, where she led corporate strategy, sustainability, and the people agenda, focusing on business transformation and strategic divestments.
Camilla also spent nearly six years at Coloplast, serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President HR Commercial, overseeing global HR operations for the company’s 4,000+ employees and driving leadership development, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.
Earlier, she held several leadership roles at Carlsberg Group for over a decade, including Head of HR Headquarters and HR Director, where she played a key role in organizational transformation, leadership development, and global talent management.
