Frank will be pivotal in leading Coupa’s global customer organization, cultivating enduring customer relationships, and enhancing the customer experience throughout their journey with Coupa.

Frank brings with him two decades of rich experience in the technology sector, primarily focused on customer success. He most recently held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Customer Experience Solutions at Infor, a premier ERP provider, where he significantly contributed to growth across various metrics. His previous roles at Infor, as well as his tenures at Adobe and Hitachi, have endowed him with extensive leadership experience in professional services and customer solutions. Frank also has a strong background in people and process optimization from his consulting days at Deloitte and Andersen Consulting.
With the arrival of John Frank, Coupa also announced the departure of Mark Rigg, the former Chief Customer Officer. “We extend our deepest gratitude to Mark for his dedication and significant contributions to Coupa and its vibrant customer community over the past seven years,” commented Turner.
