In her new role, Carly Orr will oversee organisational culture, leadership development, workforce planning, and broader people initiatives across Tower’s operations in Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific. The appointment aligns with Tower’s strategic priorities of building a high-performing, inclusive workplace that empowers teams to deliver simple, fair, and customer-centric insurance experiences.
Carly brings extensive experience across insurance, banking, and telecommunications sectors. She most recently served as Chief People and Communities Officer at Fidelity Life, where she partnered closely with the executive leadership team on culture transformation, leadership capability building, and inclusion-focused initiatives, helping strengthen organisational resilience and engagement pasted.
