Calgary, Alberta, Canada, June 2026 — Ampere Alliance Ltd. has announced the elevation of Carol Roesler to the role of Chief People Officer & Special Projects, recognizing her strategic leadership and significant contributions to the organization since joining the group in early 2024.
In her expanded role, Carol will work closely with Ampere Alliance’s executive leadership team to drive coordinated execution across the organization’s growing portfolio of companies. Her responsibilities will include advancing organizational strategy, operational excellence, business integration, and key special initiatives that support the company’s continued growth across electrical integration, instrumentation, manufacturing, and supply chain resilience.
Prior to this elevation, Carol served as Vice President, Shared Services at Ampere Alliance, where she played a critical role in supporting the integration and operational alignment of portfolio companies including Boundary Electric, SABRE, Summit Electric, and Axium Power Services. Her leadership helped strengthen shared services capabilities and support the organization’s long-term growth strategy.
Before joining Ampere Alliance, Carol held leadership positions with SABRE, serving as Vice President, Shared Services and Director, People and Culture, where she supported business growth, organizational development, and people strategy initiatives.
Earlier, she spent nearly three years with Syantra Inc., progressing from Senior Director, Business Development & People to Vice President. During her tenure, she led initiatives spanning business development, operations, human resources, client relations, and go-to-market strategy, helping align talent and operational priorities with business objectives.
Carol’s career also includes consulting and leadership roles with Lotus Group, MasTec Canada, Capital Power, Corteva Agriscience, and Werklund Family Office, where she gained extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, human resources, project management, stakeholder engagement, corporate services, and business optimization.
Earlier in her professional journey, she served as a Board Member at the University of Calgary, held executive support and HR leadership responsibilities with Dow, worked in corporate and securities law with Heenan Blaikie and DS Burstall LLP, and supported community inclusion initiatives with the Progressive Alternatives Society of Calgary (PASC). She began her career in media planning with McCann Canada and international records management with Gibson Dunn in London, England.
With extensive experience across people leadership, organizational development, operational strategy, business transformation, and stakeholder engagement, Carol brings a unique combination of strategic and operational expertise to her expanded leadership role at Ampere Alliance.
