Caroline Parsons Appointed as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Egis

Paris, France, October 2025 — Egis, a leading international player in the consulting, construction engineering, and mobility services sectors, has announced the appointment of Caroline Parsons as its new Global Chief Human Resources Officer. Caroline will officially join the Group in early November 2025, at a pivotal time as Egis continues to scale its operations and transform its HR function to support the company’s bold ambition of doubling in size by 2029 and becoming one of the world’s top ten engineering firms.

Caroline brings over 20 years of global HR leadership experience in the construction and engineering industries. She joins Egis from WSP, where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the UK, EMEIAA region, overseeing strategic HR transformation and leadership capability development across multiple geographies. Prior to this, she was Chief People Officer for WSP Middle East, where she played a key role in evolving the firm’s organizational culture and enabling business growth across emerging markets.

Before her tenure at WSP, Caroline held senior HR roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff as HR Director, MENA, and at Balfour Beatty, where she was responsible for talent, performance, and workforce planning across engineering and infrastructure divisions. Her early experience at Corus further shaped her foundation in strategic human resources and change management.

Caroline holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick, complementing her strategic and global perspective on organizational leadership. Her experience in guiding large-scale HR transformations and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures positions her as a key driver of Egis’ next phase of global growth.
