Copenhagen, Denmark, August 2024 – Caroline Riisager Rust has assumed the position of Chief People Officer at Netcompany. Since joining the company in 2018, Caroline has been deeply inspired and motivated by the company’s culture and values, and she is excited to lead the ongoing efforts to create the best workplaces across markets for Netcompany’s talented teams.
Caroline Riisager Rust has been with Netcompany for over six years. Prior to her current promotion, she served as Head of HR Denmark, where she led HR services for Denmark and Poland. Her role included scaling recruitment teams, directing local employer branding activities, and leading learning and talent development processes for a significant employee base across multiple countries.
Before joining Netcompany, Caroline was HR Manager at DLA Piper Denmark for almost a year. She headed the HR team and was responsible for recruitment, organizational development, and HR services, implementing various HR operational improvements and people development strategies.
Caroline also spent over seven years at NNIT in various HR roles, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. She managed HR responsibilities for international units and executed corporate HR processes to support business strategies. Her early career included roles as Recruitment Consultant and HR Consultant.
