Chicago, Illinois, United States, March 2026 – Wilson Sporting Goods Co., a subsidiary of Amer Sports Corporation, has appointed Carrie Ask as President and Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership move as the company continues to expand its global presence in sports equipment and performance products. Ask will lead the iconic sports brand into its next phase of growth, focusing on innovation, global market expansion, and strengthening Wilson’s direct-to-consumer and brand leadership strategies.
Commenting on her appointment, Carrie Ask said, “It is with humility and great excitement that I join the Wilson and Amer Sports teams. Prior to joining Wilson Sporting Goods Co., Ask served as Chief Executive Officer at Helly Hansen, where she led the global outdoor apparel brand through a period of strategic growth and brand expansion. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Tailored Brands, Inc., including Chief Customer Officer and Brand President for Men’s Wearhouse and Moore’s, where she drove customer-focused transformation initiatives across retail operations.
Ask has also held key global leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Co., where she served as Executive Vice President and President of Global Retail, overseeing global retail strategy and operations. Earlier in her career, she spent several years with Nike, holding leadership positions including Vice President and General Manager of NikeStores North America, Vice President Global Direct-to-Consumer for Converse, and Director of North America DTC Store Operations. Her experience also includes senior roles with PETCO, Target Corporation, BCNF, and McKinsey & Company, as well as service as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. She holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
