With significant experience in human resources across various industries, Cayle will bring innovative leadership to ensure a thriving workplace that aligns with Biograph’s commitment to exceptional service and cutting-edge health research.
Prior to joining Biograph, Cayle held several pivotal HR roles at The Boring Company for nearly five years. In her most recent role as Human Resources Director, Cayle led HR strategies and operations for the Las Vegas team, where she was responsible for driving talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Her previous roles at The Boring Company include Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist, where she was instrumental in shaping HR processes and policies.
Earlier in her career, Cayle worked at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) as a Human Resources Generalist. She provided regional HR support for over 300 employees across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with leadership on succession planning, organizational changes, and performance management. Her tenure at SEL also included roles as Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Associate, where she was responsible for recruiting hard-to-fill technical positions and supporting benefit enrollments.
