Cedric has been a cornerstone of The Exchange for more than a decade, most recently serving as Vice President, Human Resources Support, where he played a critical role in enhancing HR operations across the organization. Prior to this, he excelled as Chief, Human Resources Support, demonstrating his expertise in workforce development, performance management, and strategic planning.

As Regional HR Manager, Cedric was instrumental in implementing leadership development programs, and as HRIS Business Analyst, he optimized talent management systems to support organizational goals.
