Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2026 — IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd has elevated Chandra Mouli S to the role of National Manager – HRBP & Talent Management, recognizing his growing leadership in driving talent and HR transformation initiatives within the organization. In his expanded role, he will lead strategic human resources business partnering and talent management efforts to support the company’s nationwide growth and workforce capabilities.
Prior to this elevation, Chandra Mouli served as Lead – Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, HR Technology and HRIS at IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd, where he played a key role in strengthening recruitment strategies, advancing HR technology adoption, and enhancing talent management frameworks. His promotion reflects the company’s focus on building strong HR leadership to support its expanding operations across multiple states.
Before joining IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd, Chandra Mouli S worked as HR Business Partner at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, where he supported business units in driving HR strategy and workforce effectiveness. Earlier, he held the role of Zonal HR Manager – SME & Housing Finance at Magma Fincorp Ltd., contributing to regional HR leadership and talent initiatives.
He also served as Zonal HR Business Partner at IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd. and spent nearly a decade with Equitas Small Finance Bank as Business HR – Tamil Nadu, building deep expertise in HR business partnering within the financial services sector. His early career included roles with AIG Consumer Finance and GE Money, where he gained foundational experience in business support and operations.
