Chantal Monteiro most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at H&C Executive Education for nearly two years. In this role, she managed comprehensive HR operations, including performance management, workforce planning, and internal communications. Her leadership was instrumental in transforming the HR function, ensuring the organization’s growth and adaptability.
Prior to her role as CHRO, Chantal held the position of Chief of Staff at H&C Executive Education, where she played a crucial role in supporting the CEO and overseeing the performance of the entire workforce. She ensured that employees aligned with the company’s strategic goals and managed all major projects within the organization.
Earlier in her career, Chantal was a Project Manager Officer at H&C Executive Education, where she was responsible for the design, planning, and execution of key projects aimed at achieving the company’s strategic objectives. Her ability to manage complex projects and deliver results made her a valuable asset to the organization.
Chantal also worked as an Executive HR Consultant at HCP Group, where she was actively involved in recruitment, HR policy implementation, and employee relations. Her consulting experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges faced by businesses in Africa.
