Baku City, Baku Economic Zone, Azerbaijan, August 2024 – Anar Ismayilov has taken on the new role of Head of Human Resources Operations at Azersun Holding, marking another milestone in his distinguished career. In this capacity, Anar will oversee HR operations, ensuring the efficient management of HR processes and systems, contributing to the company’s growth and strategic objectives.
Anar has been with Azersun Holding for over three years, where he previously served as a Human Resources Auditor. In this role, he was instrumental in auditing and enhancing HR practices across the organization, leveraging his problem-solving skills and extensive expertise in HR information systems.
Before his tenure at Azersun Holding, Anar spent nearly nine years as the Human Resources Manager at Qarabağ FK, where he managed HR functions, contributing significantly to the organizational development and success of the football club.
Earlier in his career, Anar was the Chief of Department at The Public Union of Youth Center, where he played a crucial role in youth development initiatives.
