Charlotte Hardwick Appointed as Head of People at Healf

London, United Kingdom, October 2024 — Charlotte Hardwick has been named Head of People at Healf, a growing UK-based retailer focused on promoting healthy living across its core pillars of eat, move, mind, and sleep. Charlotte will oversee the development and implementation of people strategies that foster employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development as Healf scales its operations to reach new milestones in its growth journey.

Prior to joining Healf, Charlotte served as Commercial Manager – TVOD UK at Prime Video & Amazon Studios for over two years. In this role, she managed a portfolio of major film and TV studios, driving high-level commercial discussions and deal negotiations to generate multimillion-dollar revenues. Charlotte was instrumental in tailoring joint business plans between Prime Video and its studio partners to ensure value realization in the UK.

Before Amazon, Charlotte held the position of Senior Strategy and Growth Manager – TikTok Ecommerce at TikTok. In this role, she played a key role in driving the seller lifecycle incubation strategy within TikTok Shop UK. Her strategic efforts helped increase the number of sellers and contributed to the rapid growth of TikTok’s e-commerce operations in the UK.

Earlier in her career, Charlotte spent nearly three years at Amazon, where she started as a Vendor Manager – EU Retail, New Business Acquisition before being promoted to Team Lead in the same division. She exceeded sales targets and placed first in EU revenue generation within her team. She also led a team of Vendor Managers and managed strategic projects across Europe.

Charlotte’s experience also includes a role as Customer Operations Manager at Monzo Bank, where she managed customer relationships and proactively addressed pain points in the customer journey, leading to improved user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
