Auckland, New Zealand, June 2024 – Charlotte Reilly has joined ASB Bank as the new Head of People Business Partnering – Business Banking & Corporate Banking. With an extensive background in human resources and business partnering, Charlotte is set to enhance the HR strategies and support for ASB Bank’s Business Banking and Corporate Banking divisions.
Charlotte Reilly has been with ASB Bank for over two years. Prior to her current role, she served as a Senior People Business Partner from July 2022 to June 2024. In this capacity, Charlotte was responsible for driving HR initiatives and partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. Her strategic insights and collaborative approach significantly contributed to the success of various HR projects and initiatives within the bank.
Before her role as a Senior People Business Partner, Charlotte was a Performance and Reward Consultant at ASB Bank from November 2021 to July 2022. In this role, she focused on developing and implementing reward strategies that aligned with the bank’s performance objectives, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Prior to joining ASB Bank, Charlotte worked at SkyCity Entertainment Group as a Rewards Consultant from July 2019 to June 2021, where she played a key role in designing and managing the company’s reward programs. She also served as a Remuneration & Project Specialist Consultant from November 2017 to November 2019, leading various remuneration and HR projects.
From November 2015 to November 2017, Charlotte was involved in HR and payroll projects at Veolia Australia and New Zealand, where she managed complex payroll systems and ensured compliance with remuneration policies. She also worked as a Remuneration Specialist Consultant from November 2014 to October 2015, focusing on developing remuneration frameworks and strategies.
Charlotte’s earlier roles include serving as the Remuneration and HRIS Manager at Mighty River Power from October 2011 to November 2014, and as a Systems and Process Consultant at Telecom New Zealand from January 2011 to October 2011. She began her career as a Functional Consultant at Frontier Software from January 2007 to January 2011, where she gained valuable experience in HR systems and processes.
