Donovan Parish Appointed Vice President of Human Resources at GRT Financial, Inc.

Southfield, MI, United States, December 2025 — GRT Financial, Inc. has appointed Donovan Parish as its new Vice President of Human Resources, marking a strategic leadership hire as the company continues to expand its commitment to service excellence and operational scalability in the debt resolution industry. Donovan brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience across high-growth, regulated sectors including biotech, education, and financial services.

Most recently, Donovan led HR functions at Acceleration Academies, overseeing talent strategy and workforce planning in a mission-driven, remote-first education organization. Prior to that, he served as Director of Human Resources at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, where he played a key role in scaling the company’s workforce from 250 to over 2,200 employees across 50+ U.S. locations. There, he directed compensation strategy, M&A integration, HR systems implementation, and the alignment of HR with investor-driven business transformation.

Earlier in his career, Donovan held leadership positions at Jacobs Entertainment, where he was rapidly promoted to HR Business Partner and managed multi-unit HR operations and acquisition integration. He began his HR journey at Acadiana Safety Association, following formative leadership roles in the retail sector at Rouses Markets and Brookshire Grocery Company, where he specialized in training and employee development.

In his new role at GRT Financial, Donovan will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on scaling talent operations, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR with GRT’s client-centric business model and regulatory standards.
