New Jersey,United States, September 2025 — LV Care Group has appointed Chiara Barisciano as its new Head of Human Resources. With extensive HR leadership and consulting experience across both the private and public sectors, Chiara brings a strong track record in people management, organizational development, and workforce transformation.
Chiara joins LV Care Group after serving as an HR Consultant with the Government of Jersey, where she spent more than two years advising on people policies, workforce engagement, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, she provided strategic HR guidance to strengthen public sector people management and align HR practices with long-term institutional goals.
Previously, Chiara held multiple roles at Altum Group, where she advanced from HR Administrator to Senior HR Officer over a three-year tenure. During this period, she gained extensive hands-on HR experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, contributing to organizational growth and strengthening internal HR processes.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Park Personnel, supporting clients with talent acquisition strategies and workforce solutions across diverse sectors in Jersey.
In her new role at LV Care Group, Chiara will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, driving workforce engagement, and ensuring that people and culture initiatives align with the Group’s commitment to delivering high-quality health and care services across Jersey and the Isle of Man.
