In his new role, Chidananda will be responsible for leading the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture, with a focus on fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and people-first workplace.
Chidananda brings with him over 20 years of experience in HR leadership across prominent organizations such as Walmart Global Sourcing, Nokia Networks, IBM, Oracle, and Huawei. In his most recent role at Walmart, he managed HR functions across India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, driving initiatives around business expansion, talent retention, succession planning, and regional HR operations. His expertise in post-M&A integration, workforce transformation, and leadership development will be pivotal in Routematic’s ongoing growth journey.
