New York, United States, January 2025 – Christina Bach has joined Tradeweb as Vice President, Human Resources, bringing extensive expertise in HR strategy, equity administration, and financial services leadership. In this role, she will focus on enhancing talent management, compensation structures, and HR operations, supporting Tradeweb’s continued growth and innovation in electronic financial markets.
Prior to joining Tradeweb, Christina spent over five years at Brown Advisory, where she held progressive roles in equity administration, eventually serving as Senior Equity Administrator. She was responsible for global equity and stock option plan management, working closely with tax, legal, and payroll teams to ensure seamless compensation operations.
Before Brown Advisory, she worked at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst, where she contributed to financial planning, compliance, and reporting. Earlier in her career, she participated in M&T Bank’s Management Development Program, gaining exposure to accounting policy, financial governance, and regulatory reporting.
