With a rich career spanning over two decades in leadership and talent development, Anand brings a wealth of experience to Chrysalis India, where he will lead the company’s strategic growth and enhance its learning and development offerings across the nation.
Prior to joining Chrysalis India, Muninder Anand served as the Managing Director – India, South Asia, and Global Support Center at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he played a pivotal role in driving the organization’s most successful year in 2022. His leadership transformed CCL India, fostering innovation in leadership development and expanding the talent pool, positioning the organization as a pioneer in its field.
Before his tenure at CCL, Anand was a Director at KPMG India, where he was instrumental in driving public sector projects and enhancing the People and Change practice. His focus on relationship-building and team development helped secure significant business growth for the firm.
Anand also held the role of Director of Information Product Solutions at Mercer, where he led the talent and rewards vertical, significantly contributing to the company’s revenue growth. His earlier experiences include key leadership roles at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. and Hewitt Associates, where he honed his expertise in HR and business operations.
