In her new role, Claire will focus on enhancing medical workforce strategies, talent management, and optimizing HR functions to support HCA Healthcare UK’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Before joining HCA Healthcare UK, Claire served as Head of Medical Workforce at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where she played a pivotal role in developing workforce strategies, overseeing staffing policies, and driving HR initiatives for medical professionals. Additionally, she has led medical workforce programs across the NHS for over two decades, including her 12-year tenure as Medical HR Manager at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and five years as Deputy Medical HR Manager at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
In addition to her executive roles, Claire has also been Chair of NAMPS (National Association of Medical Personnel Specialists) for over 12 years, influencing HR policies and workforce management strategies across the UK healthcare sector.
