Claire brings extensive experience in executive search and talent management, making her a valuable addition to Rolls-Royce’s leadership team.
Before joining Rolls-Royce, Claire Wood spent nearly two years as the Head of Executive Search at Entain, where she designed and implemented an executive talent acquisition function targeting senior global leaders. Claire’s strategic approach focused on creative sourcing and talent pooling to enhance succession planning and drive cultural transformation within the organization.
Prior to her role at Entain, Claire served as Head of Executive Recruitment at BAE Systems for over three years, where she developed a centralized approach to senior executive recruitment globally. Her efforts helped BAE Systems strengthen its leadership pipeline and align its recruitment strategy with the company’s evolving business needs, with a particular emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
Claire also held leadership roles at Amey, where she was responsible for establishing and leading the company’s first in-house executive search function. During her three years with Amey, she streamlined senior hiring processes and delivered search solutions for critical business leadership roles.
Earlier in her career, Claire worked with companies like EDF Energy and Adamson & Partners, gaining significant experience in recruitment across various sectors, including engineering, legal, and technology.
