Houston, Texas, United States, May 2025 – Claudia Camacho has joined Superior Optimization Ltd, soon to be CAVIS Energy, as Director, Human Resources. In this strategic role, Claudia will lead the company’s HR initiatives, supporting its continued expansion and transformation within the energy services sector by aligning people strategy with operational excellence.
Prior to her new role, Claudia Camacho served as Human Resources Director at ReviveRX for nearly a year, where she led end-to-end HR functions, contributing to cultural alignment and talent management in a high-growth healthcare environment.
Before ReviveRX, she built an extensive career at Charter Communications, serving for eight years in various HR leadership roles. Most recently, she was Human Resources Director in the El Paso Metropolitan Area, preceded by her tenure as HR Director in San Antonio and as an HR Manager in El Paso. Her time at Charter was marked by her strong focus on employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, Claudia served as Sr. HR Leader at Honeywell, overseeing HR operations across the West Coast, Mexico, and Brazil, further cementing her capabilities in managing complex, multi-regional teams. She also worked as Regional HR Business Partner for Glazer’s Distributing and held an HR leadership role at Whataburger Restaurants, where she laid strong foundational experience in people management.
In addition to her corporate roles, Claudia has also contributed to academia as a Facilitator at the University of Phoenix for over a decade, sharing her expertise with aspiring professionals in HR and business.
