Tupelo, Mississippi, United States – November 2024 – Clint Gannon has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hyperion Technology Group, Inc. In his new role, Clint will leverage his extensive HR background to lead strategic initiatives supporting the company’s mission to advance bespoke sensor and signal processing solutions for the defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors.
Before stepping into his current role at Hyperion Technology Group, Clint served as the Director of Human Resources & Safety within the same company, contributing over a year to strengthening HR operations and safety protocols across the organization. His efforts in this role laid the groundwork for his current responsibilities as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to joining Hyperion, Clint worked with ADM as a Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR teams across North American production facilities. In this capacity, he managed HR operations for the Carbohydrate Solutions-Corn Processing Facilities, providing support for over 3,500 employees and partnering with senior leadership to enhance workplace efficiency.
Clint also dedicated over four years to Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where he initially served as an Area Human Resources Business Partner and later advanced to Regional Human Resources Director. In this role, he led HR support for 126 locations across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, impacting a workforce of over 20,000 employees. His role at Lowe’s showcased his commitment to optimizing HR structures in high-impact environments.
Earlier in his career, Clint contributed to Blue Mountain College as Assistant Director of Athletics and Head Men’s and Women’s Archery Coach, fostering athletic talent and achieving national recognition. His professional journey began with Gannon’s Painting Inc., where he gained seven years of experience in project estimation and management.
