New York, United States, October 2024 – Colleen Benedict has stepped into the role of Director of Human Resources & Operations at Headlight, where she will oversee HR initiatives, and operational strategies to support the company’s continued growth and success.
Prior to her new role, Colleen served as Operations Manager at Headlight for the past three years, where she managed the company’s internal operations, streamlining processes and improving team productivity. Her strong organizational and leadership skills positioned her well for this new challenge.
Before joining Headlight, Colleen held the position of Vice President/Principal at Sterling Partners, LLC, where she spent nearly four years in a strategic leadership role. At Sterling Partners, she played a key part in talent management, overseeing high-level HR initiatives, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
Earlier in her career, Colleen worked at The Blackstone Group for six years, initially as an Administrative Assistant and later transitioning into Human Resources/Talent Acquisition for Blackstone’s Hedge Fund Solutions division. During her tenure, she collaborated closely with Managing Directors to recruit and assess top-tier talent while managing key HR operations and onboarding activities.
Colleen began her career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Latin America, where she gained valuable experience supporting high-level executives and organizing various corporate functions. She also held a Research Associate Internship at Gilbert Tweed International, conducting research for executive search assignments.
