Orlando, Florida, United States, May 2025 — Colleen Harper has stepped into the role of Vice President Human Resources at Orlando Health, bringing over three decades of impactful HR leadership experience across healthcare, hospitality, and professional services. In her new position, she will direct the vision and advancement of the human resources function to align with business strategy and support organizational growth.
Prior to this promotion, Colleen served as AVP, Workforce Strategy, Recruitment & Retention at Orlando Health for nearly two years. During this tenure, she spearheaded enterprise-wide recruitment and retention strategies and implemented key initiatives to strengthen the team member experience across the system.
Earlier, she held the role of Senior Director Human Resources at Orlando Health, where she achieved remarkable outcomes, including a 17% reduction in turnover and a 57% increase in high-priority role hiring. She also played a critical role in identifying top talent for high-potential programs.
Before joining Orlando Health, Colleen led HR functions at HairClub, Auberge Resorts Collection, and Wyndham Destinations, where she designed award-winning leadership development initiatives, talent strategies, and service excellence programs that delivered quantifiable business impact.
Colleen’s earlier leadership roles at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Interstate Hotels & Resorts reflect her long-standing ability to drive culture transformation, optimize talent pipelines, and position HR as a key strategic partner to the business.
