Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States, June 2024 – Colleen K. has joined Ecovyst, Inc. as the new Head of Global Talent. With a rich background in human resources and talent management, Colleen will spearhead global talent strategies to drive organizational growth and employee development.
Before joining Ecovyst, Inc., Colleen served as Sr. Director, People and Culture at BPG International for nearly twelve years. In this role, she led comprehensive HR and training initiatives, championing employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic HR partnerships with leadership and management teams.
Prior to her tenure at BPG International, Colleen was the Sr. HR Business Partner at QVC in West Chester, Pennsylvania. For over three years, she led a team of HR professionals, advancing talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations, and managing significant mergers and an overseas joint venture with China.
Colleen also held the position of VP Human Relations at BOIRON USA for over nine years, where she guided strategic HR planning for a global pharmaceutical company, implementing workforce planning, performance development, and executive coaching initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Colleen served as a Strategic Staffing Consultant at Pfizer for a year and an HR Business Partner at QVC for six years, where she built strong HR foundations and managed diverse HR functions.
