Prior to joining DIGICZE, she served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Spherion, where she was instrumental in shaping the talent acquisition strategy to meet the company’s growing needs. Her tenure at OnSolve as a Senior Corporate Recruiter further solidified her expertise in recruiting top technical talent, underscoring her ability to navigate the complexities of the tech industry’s HR demands.
Stephan’s earlier experiences at Spherion, in various capacities including Senior Recruiter / Client Service Supervisor, and her foundational roles at bebe stores, where she evolved from Sales Specialist to District Training Manager, reflect a consistent trajectory of growth and leadership. These positions underscored her commitment to developing effective HR strategies and fostering environments that encourage innovation and productivity.
