New York, United States, February 2026 – Michael Stover has started a new role as Chief People & Performance Officer at Clear Street, bringing extensive global financial services talent leadership experience to the firm.
Michael will lead people and performance strategy at Clear Street, supporting the company’s mission to build a unified, cloud-native capital markets platform that enables sophisticated investors to access every asset in every market. His appointment reinforces Clear Street’s commitment to building a high-performing organization aligned with growth, innovation, and modern infrastructure.
Most recently, Michael built and led the U.S. business for The Omerta Group as Head of Americas, Managing Director. During his tenure, he partnered closely with Clear Street’s leadership team, helping recruit much of the firm’s senior management through a period of significant expansion. Earlier, he served as Managing Director at D.S. Wolf Group International, LLC, focusing on executive search mandates across global financial services.
His corporate leadership experience includes senior roles at Citadel Securities, where he led global talent acquisition across Trading, Sales & Operations; UBS, where he led IB Americas Executive Recruitment and served as Global Recruitment Strategic Partner; and Credit Suisse, where he served as Global Head of Securities Recruitment, coordinating large-scale global workforce planning initiatives. He also held leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank and Wachovia Corporation, leading executive recruitment strategy across wholesale and investment banking divisions worldwide.
