These appointments underscore Elea‘s unwavering commitment to fostering talent, empowering women in leadership, and driving operational efficiency during an exciting period of growth. “Being professionally recognized while pregnant reflects an environment that values talent, dedication, and equity. Motherhood has brought even more agility to my development process, proving that we can – and should – advance in our careers without renouncing our personal goals,” said Corradine, who will report directly to the company’s Chairman, Alessandro Lombardi.
Raphael Salomão, previously the Director of Control and Finance, has been appointed as Deputy CFO. With a proven track record of delivering strategic financial planning, budgeting, cost control, treasury management, and taxation expertise, Salomão brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of Elea‘s business. As Deputy CFO, he will work closely with the CFO of Elea and Piemonte Holding, Marco Girardi, to further strengthen financial governance, enhance operational efficiency, and provide strategic support for the company’s sustainable growth.
“It is an honor to take on the role of Deputy CFO at such a strategic moment for Elea. This promotion represents the company’s trust in my work and reinforces my commitment to strengthening financial governance, optimizing processes, and ensuring a solid structure to support the company’s growth.
