Madrid, Spain, October 2024 – Cristina del Alamo Castellanos has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources Iberia at Dräger, where she will oversee HR strategy and operations across the Iberian region. Cristina will be responsible for leading HR transformation initiatives, talent management, and driving strategic HR leadership as part of Dräger’s commitment to organizational excellence.
Before joining Dräger, Cristina was the Chief People Officer at Grupo Construcía for more than two years, where she played a pivotal role in driving sustainable transformation and leading a cultural change process toward a net positive business model.
Earlier in her career, she served as the HR Business Director for Ground Transportation Systems at Thales España, where she led HR operations and compensation and benefits management for nearly five years. During this period, Cristina also managed talent and cultural initiatives across Spain.
Cristina has extensive international experience, having worked as HR Manager for the Middle East at Thales, where she spent more than eight years leading HR strategy, transformation plans, and professional development initiatives across the region.
She also held roles at Thales España as an HR Business Partner for the Ground Transportation and Security Business, and earlier worked as a Consultant at Seeliger y Conde and Deloitte, contributing to her deep expertise in HR leadership.
