Lagos, Nigeria, October 2024 – Rex Ogba has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Coronation Registrars Limited. In this capacity, Rex will lead the organization’s HR strategy, overseeing talent management, organizational development, and HR transformation initiatives. With his vast experience in HR automation, analytics, and employee engagement, Rex will play a critical role in driving the company’s human capital initiatives and fostering a high-performing workplace.
Prior to joining Coronation Registrars Limited, Rex was People Operations Manager at Ventrae Integrated Services Limited, where he spent over a year leading the successful implementation of HRIS systems and introducing employee engagement initiatives. His efforts resulted in significant improvements in HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Earlier, he worked at Nestoil Limited as Assistant Manager – HR Analytics & Automation, where he contributed to HR systems automation and performance management improvements over more than a year, further enhancing organizational efficiency and data accuracy.
Rex also held key roles at Access Bank Plc as a Relationship Officer, and Diamond Bank Plc as a Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning Officer, where he gained critical experience in recruitment optimization and HR strategy over nearly two years.
