United States, September 2024 – Janine Stock has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Helios Clinical Research. In her new role, Janine will oversee the development and execution of HR strategies, supporting organizational growth and fostering a positive workplace culture within the clinical research network.
Career Journey: Prior to her promotion, Janine served as the Director of People at Helios Clinical Research for over one and a half years. During this time, she led change management and human resource planning, ensuring the alignment of HR functions with the company’s overall mission. Her strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce development helped strengthen the organization’s capabilities across its remote operations.
Before joining Helios, Janine spent over seven years at CenExel Centers of Excellence, where she held roles including Regional Human Resources Director and Human Resources & Business Operations Manager. As a Regional HR Director, she collaborated closely with site-level HR teams, guiding talent management, training, and compensation across eight locations. In her earlier role as Business Operations Manager, she led the growth of the HR department and coordinated HR operations at a large-scale clinical trial facility in Atlanta, Georgia.
Earlier in her career, Janine gained valuable experience at INTRAVIS Inc. and i-ways international, where she worked in roles related to organizational development and project management. At INTRAVIS, she focused on building technical competence and managing employee relations, while at i-ways, she handled logistics and operations, playing a key role in international business expansion.
Janine’s career also includes earlier roles as Assistant Manager at A.I.T. Wire Forming & Metal Technology, where she contributed to workforce planning and operations management. Her diverse background in HR and operations across industries has provided her with a strong foundation in change management, talent development, and organizational growth.
