Des Plaines, Illinois, United States, September 2024 – Stephanie Fox has recently been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Filtration Group FGAuto. In her new role, she will oversee HR strategies and initiatives across the organization to foster a dynamic and performance-driven work environment.
Prior to this role, Stephanie Fox served as Human Resources Director at Filtran LLC for approximately one and a half years. In this position, she led HR efforts to align talent strategies with business objectives while managing operations in a hybrid environment.
Fox’s journey at Filtration Group began nearly seven years ago, where she held multiple positions, including Senior Human Resources Manager and later, Human Resources Director. During this time, she focused on enhancing organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Fox spent over eight years at Phonak, starting as an HR Assistant and moving up to Human Resources Manager. In these roles, she supported various HR functions, such as talent development, recruiting, and employee relations, playing a crucial role in driving operational success.
Her early career includes an HR internship at Panduit, where she gained valuable experience in compensation, benefits, HRMS, and training & development, which laid the foundation for her subsequent leadership roles.
