Noida, UP, India, May 2024 – Swati Patwardhan has joined Nucleus Software as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. With a wealth of experience in HR management and strategy, Swati brings a strong track record of driving transformation and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Swati’s most recent role was at Optum, where she served for over five years in various capacities. As Director of Early Careers & TA Project Management Office, she led transformation and project management for APAC’s talent acquisition team. Prior to this, as Director of Early Careers (APAC), Swati was responsible for campus engagement and brand development. Earlier, she was the Associate Director of Human Capital, where she drove process re-engineering and diversity initiatives.
Before Optum, Swati founded SuZong Solutions, offering consulting services to develop people strategies and efficient HR processes. She partnered with clients to produce innovative ideas and high-quality solutions, focusing on organizational needs.
As an HR Freelancer, Swati worked on projects for organizations like CEAT, revamping talent acquisition processes and implementing AI and psychometric tools for data analytics.
Swati also served as Head HR at Nature’s Basket Limited, playing a key role in driving the people lever for the Refresh 2020 initiative.
At Godrej Properties Limited, she spent over five years, initially as General Manager HR, driving organizational development and effectiveness. She later transitioned to General Manager – Strategy & Business Planning, overseeing P&L and stakeholder returns for major projects.
Earlier in her career, Swati was the Head HR for Godrej South Africa, where she established the organization structure and compensation for the Kinky and Rapidol subsidiaries post-acquisition. She successfully merged the companies, rolling out people processes and achieving recognition as one of the best places to work in South Africa.
