United States, July 2026 – Curative has appointed Cory Scott as Vice President of Sales, strengthening its commercial leadership team as the healthcare services company continues to expand its employer-based health insurance offerings across key U.S. markets.
In his new role, Scott will lead sales strategy, business growth initiatives, market expansion efforts, and strategic partnerships across Curative’s employer healthcare business. He will work closely with brokers, consultants, employer groups, and executive stakeholders to accelerate adoption of Curative’s healthcare solutions while supporting organizations in improving employee health outcomes and healthcare affordability.
Scott brings more than three decades of leadership experience across health insurance, managed care, healthcare services, and employer benefits. Prior to joining Curative, he served as Vice President, Growth & Strategy at Cigna, where he led strategic growth initiatives and market expansion efforts across the United States. Earlier, he held the position of Southeast Region Market Leader, U.S. National Segment, overseeing commercial growth and client engagement strategies.
Before Cigna, Scott served as Chief Executive Officer of Texas Health Aetna, where he led the joint venture health plan’s operations and growth strategy. He also held leadership positions at Aetna, including Market Head of Sales & Service, overseeing commercial performance across multiple southeastern U.S. states.
Earlier in his career, Scott served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Piedmont WellStar HealthPlans and spent more than a decade with Coventry Health Care of Georgia, where he held senior sales and marketing leadership responsibilities. His professional experience also includes leadership roles with Partners National Health Plans of North Carolina and Secure Horizons/PacifiCare.
Throughout his career, Scott has built extensive expertise in sales leadership, market development, employer benefits, health plan growth, customer engagement, and healthcare strategy. His appointment reflects Curative’s commitment to strengthening its commercial capabilities as it expands access to innovative employer-sponsored healthcare solutions.
