Ljubljana, Slovenia, September 2025 – Damjana Ocvirk has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Trenkwalder Slovenia, marking a significant milestone in her more than two-decade-long journey with the company. In her new role, she will lead operations in Slovenia and Croatia, driving innovation and delivering client-focused HR, payroll, legal, and financial solutions.
Damjana has been with Trenkwalder Slovenia for over 22 years, steadily progressing through leadership roles that have shaped the organization’s growth and market leadership. Most recently, she served as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for six years, where she strengthened the company’s sales strategies and client partnerships.
Before that, she spent nearly 16 years as Head of Sales, a role where she built and expanded Trenkwalder’s customer base across Slovenia, fostering strong relationships and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. Earlier, she held the position of Area Manager for close to six years, gaining deep insights into regional business dynamics and operational excellence.
Her professional journey with the company began as a Job Manager, where she managed client and workforce requirements, laying the foundation for her long-term success in HR services. Over the years, Damjana’s leadership has been defined by her ability to align business priorities with people-centric strategies, building long-term partnerships based on trust, agility, and results.
