Before joining Capstone, Dania served as an Associate, Recruiter at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC Group) in New York, NY, where she worked for over 2 years. In this role, Dania played a key part in recruiting top talent for the financial institution, focusing on aligning the company’s talent acquisition strategies with its long-term growth objectives.
Prior to SMBC, Dania worked at Financial Technology Partners (FT Partners) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for nearly 10 months, where she supported recruitment efforts for a leading investment banking firm specializing in financial technology. Her responsibilities included sourcing, recruiting, and engaging candidates for a wide range of roles within the rapidly growing fintech sector.
Dania also served as Vice President at Rockwood Search for over 2 years, where she led full-cycle recruitment efforts for human capital and legal roles across financial services, investment banking, and private equity sectors. Her leadership at Rockwood helped build long-term client relationships and fill crucial roles in highly competitive industries.
Her earlier experiences include working as a Recruiter at Frazer Jones, a global HR search and recruitment firm. Dania specialized in placing HR professionals across various industries, helping organizations identify and hire talent that aligns with their business goals.
