New York, New York, United States, October 2024 – Julianne MacDonald has started her new role as Vice President – Talent Acquisition Consultant – Private Bank at Bank of America Private Bank, where she will lead strategic hiring initiatives and manage talent acquisition for the bank’s private banking division. Her responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment strategies and ensuring the division’s growth by attracting top-tier talent.
Julianne has been with Bank of America for over 10 years, where she most recently held the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition Consultant – Team Lead for the East Preferred Division. During her tenure in this role, she was instrumental in leading a team that supported the talent acquisition needs of multiple regions, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber professionals.
Prior to that, Julianne served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Bank of America, where she spent over 7 years developing and implementing hiring strategies to meet the company’s growing talent needs. Her efforts contributed significantly to enhancing the bank’s recruitment processes and elevating candidate experiences.
Before transitioning to talent acquisition, Julianne was a Financial Center Manager at Bank of America, where she successfully managed a full-service financial center in Fredericksburg, Virginia. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the center’s operations, staff development, and driving growth in loans and deposits.
Earlier in her career, Julianne worked at StellarOne Bank as an Assistant Vice President, and before that, she gained valuable experience at BB&T, where she held roles including Financial Center Leader, Loan Officer, and Small Business Advisor. In these roles, she demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing financial center operations, which included staffing, business development, and relationship management.
