Arlington, Virginia, United States, April 2025 – Daniel Holden has taken over as Chief People Officer at Nestlé USA, bringing with him a strong track record of leadership across legal, HR, and strategic business roles within Nestlé’s global operations. In his new role, he will lead the U.S. people strategy, driving employee engagement, organizational culture, and talent transformation at one of the world’s most iconic food and beverage companies.
Prior to this appointment, Daniel Holden served as Corporate Vice President, Zone Deputy of North America at Nestlé, based in Vevey, Switzerland, where he contributed to the growth of a CHF 26 billion business across three operating companies and more than ten major product categories.

Previously, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Nestlé Canada Inc., including Senior Vice President, Human Resources & General Counsel, where he led HR, legal, and corporate governance functions. He also served as SVP & General Counsel, VP & General Counsel, and began his tenure with the company as Corporate Lawyer, showcasing a consistent trajectory of increasing responsibility.
Before joining Nestlé, Daniel was Legal Counsel at Kellogg Canada Inc., where he supported key business functions with legal advisory. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Associate at Bennett Jones LLP, a prominent Canadian law firm, where he gained strong legal foundations.
