Redhill, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Danielle Isted has been appointed as Head of HR at C&C Group Holdings Limited, marking a significant internal promotion that reflects her impactful contributions over the past five years. In her new role, Danielle will oversee the continued transformation of HR operations, spearhead compliance initiatives, and introduce progressive people strategies to sustain the company’s dynamic and positive workplace culture.
Danielle has been with C&C Group Holdings Limited since 2020, serving as HR Manager. During her tenure, she played a central role in supporting the company through the challenges of COVID-19, while also strengthening HR frameworks and enabling the company’s growth from 72 to 113 employees. Her efforts have been instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR practices with strategic business objectives.

Prior to joining C&C Group, Danielle spent nearly a decade at Prestige Nursing & Care, where she held the role of HR Manager. In that capacity, she managed end-to-end HR operations, developed policies to support care teams, and ensured regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector.
She also held administrative roles earlier in her career with EMCOR Facilities Services as Senior Contract Administrator and Interserve as Senior Commercial Administrator, where she gained experience in contract management and commercial operations that provided a strong foundation for her HR journey.
Danielle holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Reed Business School, and a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice from Croydon College. Her qualifications, combined with hands-on leadership, make her well-equipped to lead the HR function in this next phase of C&C Group’s journey.
