Manchester, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Danielle Wood has been promoted to Head of Human Resources at Langfields, a UK-based leader in high-integrity fabrication for the hydrogen, renewable energy, nuclear, and defence industries. In her new role, Danielle will lead the company’s HR strategy, supporting workforce growth, capability development, and cultural transformation across multiple manufacturing and site operations throughout the UK.
Danielle has been part of the Langfields team for over a year, most recently serving as HR Manager and previously as HR Business Partner. During this period, she played a key role in supporting talent integration, employee relations, and workforce planning to strengthen Langfields’ people agenda across its expanding operations.
Prior to joining Langfields, she spent nearly five years at LyondellBasell, where she progressed from HR Advisor to HR Business Partner, supporting strategic HR initiatives across industrial sites in the Manchester region. Her work focused on employee engagement, change management, and business partnering.
Danielle also held earlier HR roles at Liquibox, Markem-Imaje, The Manchester College, Blemain Group, and Virgin Active, gaining well-rounded experience in HR operations, administration, and compliance. Her career reflects a strong foundation in manufacturing and service-oriented industries, with a focus on operational HR excellence.
