United States, January 2026 — Darwinbox has appointed Opal Wagnac as Head of Market Positioning & Strategy, Americas, strengthening the company’s leadership as it accelerates growth across the North American market.
In this role, Opal will lead Darwinbox’s market positioning, competitive strategy, and go-to-market intelligence across the Americas, working closely with global product, marketing, and sales teams to sharpen category leadership and customer relevance in a rapidly evolving HCM landscape.
Opal brings more than two decades of deep experience across market intelligence, product strategy, analyst relations, and HCM innovation. Prior to joining Darwinbox, she served as Senior Vice President, Market & Product Strategy at isolved, where she led strategic positioning and product-led growth initiatives for the company’s HR and payroll technology platform.
Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at UKG, including Vice President, Global Market Intelligence and Senior Director of Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence, where she was instrumental in shaping global market narratives, competitive insights, and analyst engagement strategies following the Ultimate Software–Kronos merger.
Opal spent over 15 years at Ultimate Software, progressing through multiple leadership roles across product management, HCM innovation, and platform strategy, contributing to the evolution of UltiPro into a market-leading HCM solution. Her career foundation spans product engineering, technical product ownership, and enterprise systems consulting, giving her a rare blend of technical depth and market-facing strategy.
With her extensive background across HCM technology, SaaS platforms, and enterprise HR ecosystems, Opal is well positioned to strengthen Darwinbox’s market presence and strategic narrative across the Americas.
