United States – October 2024 – David Tobin has been appointed as Vice President: Talent Consultant II at Bank of America. In this role, David will drive strategic talent initiatives, focusing on talent development, employee coaching, and leadership training to enhance workforce capabilities across the organization.
David brings over 20 years of experience at Bank of America, where he previously served as Vice President: Talent Consultant I, overseeing talent development and coaching programs.
Earlier, he was the Vice President; Facilitator II, leading training initiatives to build a strong, skilled workforce. His expertise in coaching, leadership, and public speaking has been instrumental in fostering a culture of growth and engagement within the bank.
Before his extensive tenure at Bank of America, David worked at FleetBoston Financial as an Assistant Branch Manager and Senior Sales and Service Representative, gaining valuable experience in branch operations and customer service.
