Denver, Colorado, United States – October 2024 – Jeff Gaston has been appointed as Vice President, Global People Business Partner and Head of Total Rewards at Liberty Latin America. In this strategic role, Jeff will lead the company’s global HR strategies and total rewards initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, aligning HR with business objectives, and driving competitive compensation programs across Liberty’s diverse geographical regions.
Prior to his new role, Jeff Gaston served as Vice President, People at Liberty Latin America, where he led HR transformation initiatives and developed talent strategies that supported the company’s growth across multiple markets.
Before joining Liberty, Jeff held significant HR roles at Deloitte for over six years, where he worked as a Senior Manager in the National HR Business Partner/Advisor capacity, developing and executing talent strategies, performance management systems, and workforce planning. He also held roles as a Talent Specialist at Deloitte, managing key HR processes and advising on career development strategies.
Earlier in his career, Jeff worked as an Attorney at Mountain States Employers Council, Inc., where he provided legal counsel on employment matters, and at Castle Meinhold & Stawiarski, LLC, representing national financial institutions in litigated matters.
