Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, March 2026 – Access Healthcare has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President and Head of People Function for India and the Philippines, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to scale operations and innovation in the healthcare services space.
With over two decades of rich experience in human resources, Debashish has built a distinguished career across leading organizations, driving people strategy, organizational transformation, and high-performance cultures. In his new role, he will lead the people agenda across key geographies, enabling Access Healthcare to build a future-ready, agile, and engaged workforce aligned with its growth ambitions.
In his current role at Access Healthcare, Debashish Ghosh takes on the responsibility of leading the People Function across India and the Philippines, playing a pivotal role in strengthening talent strategy and organizational capability in a rapidly evolving healthcare ecosystem.
Prior to this, he was the Founder & CEO at TalBha, where he demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership, focusing on building innovative talent solutions and driving value through people-centric strategies.
Earlier, he spent nearly eight years at Berkadia as SVP & India HR Head, where he led HR strategy for India operations, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent transformation in a high-growth environment.
He also had a long and impactful tenure at Genpact as AVP & BU HRBP Lead, where he played a key role in business partnering, talent management, and scaling HR practices across large, complex business units.
In the early phase of his career, he worked with GE Capital as a Management Trainee and began his professional journey at Dolphin Hotel, Visakhapatnam, building foundational expertise in people management and customer engagement that shaped his leadership approach.
