Debra A. Meyer Joins Ralph Lauren as Global Head of Next Generation Transformation

New York, New York, United States, June 2026 — Ralph Lauren has appointed Debra A. Meyer as Global Head of Next Generation Transformation. In her new leadership role, she will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, helping shape the company’s next phase of growth by driving strategic change, operational excellence, and business modernization across its global organization.

Debra A. Meyer brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across business transformation, finance, retail operations, strategy, and corporate governance within the global fashion and luxury retail industry. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, she spent nine years at Tapestry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Business Transformation, where she led enterprise transformation initiatives designed to accelerate organizational performance, optimize operating models, and enable long-term business growth. Earlier, she served as Vice President, Finance Transformation, leading finance modernization and large-scale transformation programs across the organization.

Before Tapestry, Debra served as Chief Financial Officer at Stuart Weitzman, overseeing the company’s global finance organization and supporting strategic business growth. She also spent nearly 12 years at Coach, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles including Vice President, North America Retail Business Analysis, Divisional Vice President, Senior Director of North America Sales Planning & Forecasting, Director of Financial Reporting & SEC Compliance, and other finance leadership positions. During this period, she built extensive expertise in financial planning, retail business analysis, forecasting, corporate reporting, internal audit, compliance, and operational strategy. Earlier in her career, she held audit leadership roles at Deloitte and began her professional journey as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Throughout her career, Debra has established deep expertise in business transformation, finance transformation, enterprise strategy, retail operations, financial planning and analysis, corporate governance, organizational change, operational excellence, business modernization, and cross-functional leadership. Her appointment reflects Ralph Lauren’s commitment to accelerating enterprise transformation while strengthening its global operating model to support long-term sustainable growth.
